Contractual framework for using MotoNaMarket in Cameroon.
These Terms govern access to and use of MotoNaMarket, including listings, buyer requests, messaging, rentals, mechanic services, and platform commercial features.
By creating an account, posting a listing, contacting another user, making a booking, submitting a request, or starting a payment-related action, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to do so and accept these Terms together with the Privacy Policy.
MotoNaMarket is intended to operate in line with applicable Cameroon laws relating to e-commerce, consumer protection, cybersecurity/cybercrime, and personal-data protection requirements, including Cameroon Law No. 2024/017 where applicable.
MotoNaMarket provides publishing, discovery, and communication infrastructure. We do not become a party to user contracts and do not guarantee performance, solvency, legality, ownership, quality, or payment completion for vehicles, parts, rentals, or services.
Users must provide truthful, complete, and non-misleading information about condition, availability, pricing, location, restrictions, known history, and any terms relevant to the other party’s decision.
Fraud, impersonation, forged documents, deceptive payment behavior, harassment, unlawful data collection, illegal content, and any conduct that threatens users, the platform, or legal compliance are strictly prohibited.
When you use contact forms, buyer requests, offers, bookings, or payment-related features, you consent to MotoNaMarket processing and sharing the information strictly necessary to route and manage that request.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, payments connected to transactions between users are handled directly by those users. Paid platform services may involve manual review or activation. Each user remains responsible for their own tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.
Cancellation, booking, deposit, pickup, return, and availability rules should be clarified directly between the parties before performance. MotoNaMarket does not guarantee refunds or enforcement except where the law specifically requires otherwise.
Users remain responsible for the content they publish and must have the rights needed to use it. By posting on MotoNaMarket, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that content for operating and marketing the service.
MotoNaMarket may suspend accounts, remove content, restrict features, or cooperate with authorities where fraud, unlawful conduct, safety risks, or serious breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MotoNaMarket is not liable for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, misrepresentation, hidden defects, non-payment, delay, title disputes, or conduct outside our direct control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. We may update them as the service or legal framework evolves. Continued use after publication of a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
